Joe Picone's White Diamond Ultra is a hard, multi-layered fiber tip for break and jump cues that is not phenolic. It takes chalk far better than a phenolic tip, so you can still put English on the ball, stop it, or draw it on a power shot, with less miscue risk and without the glassy crack.
