A paper base phenolic laminate with good mechanical properties. This product consists of multiple plies of various papers impregnated with phenolic resins and laminated under heat and pressure to produce a thermoset composite. Both papers and resins can be modified to change the finished properties of the final laminate.

- Firstly, its hardness is 120 Rockwell M
- Secondly, its density is 1.35 g/cm3
- Thirdly, its tensile strength is 35,000 psi
- Fourthly, its compressive strength is 17,000 psi
- Lastly, XX Paper Phenolic has excellent creep resistance
