High-Quality Dowel Pins and Shafts for Pool Cues
Quality dowel pins and shafts are essential for any serious pool player. They provide stability and ensure that the cue shaft remains straight. Without a proper shaft dowel, the shaft can warp or bend, making it difficult to hit the ball accurately. We craft our dowel pins and shafts from top-quality, durable materials. Consequently, this provides the stability you require for precise shots that last.
Easy Installation Process
Installing shaft dowels can be a hassle, but our shaft dowels make the process easy. Additionally, we design our shaft dowels to fit seamlessly into your pool cue and provide straightforward installation instructions. You won't need any special tools or expertise to install our shaft dowels. In just a few simple steps, you'll have a cue that's ready to perform.

Furthermore, we construct our shaft dowels to be durable, so you won't need to replace them in the near future.
Our A+ grade dowel pins and shafts are graded as follows:
- Straight grain - we do not allow run-out on any A-grade shaft or better.
- Mineral marks on the surface are kept to a minimum- If there are surface mineral marks or mineral marks on the playing end of the shaft it is downgraded from an A+ to an A grade.
-
If Mineral marks appear after machining it is just the nature of working with wood. When we taper batches of shafts, we downgrade some and discard others, as it's an inherent aspect of the industry. You can anticipate an average loss of 10% due to material working costs.
- No pin knots or hard spots
- Sugar marks are kept at a minimum; not allowable on the last 1/3 of the playing end.
