Black Canvas Phenolic "Micarta" is the classic black canvas laminate — a dense, durable composite made from black-dyed cotton canvas impregnated with phenolic resin. Available in a comprehensive range of thicknesses from .031" through .500" and in sheet sizes from 2"x6" scales up to 18"x24" and custom full sheets. Machines cleanly, sands to a smooth finish, and provides excellent durability. A foundational material for knife handle scales, gun grips, tactical handles, and custom fabrication.
