  • Orders placed before 12pm EST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day from our Lake Zurich, Illinois warehouse.
Q: Can I track my shipment?
  • Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Q: Which shipping carriers do you use for specialty materials?
  • We ship via UPS and USPS. You can select your preferred carrier at checkout.
